We are Registered under the N.I.C. E.I.C.Domestic Installer Scheme and can certify all our work to comply with the Part P Building Regulations which came into force on the 1st of January 2005 and can carry out all types of electrical installation work additions of Lights, Sockets, Domestic Fire Alarms ( Although Domestic Fire Alarms are not included under the Part P regulations ) Renewing Mains Equipment, Fault Finding on Mains Circuits and Central Heating Systems. All work is carried out in accordance with B.S. 7671 formerly the 16th edition wiring regulations with all applicable Certification for the new work provided on Completion.

 

We carry out all types of additions to electrical systems, lights, sockets, security lighting, showers and earthing. All additions are subject to the existing electrical system being up to a safe standard to allow for the new points. This may require additional earthing or renewing of some mains equipment to comply to the current regulations. All work will be certified on completion in accordance with   B.S. 7671 formerly the 16th edition wiring regulations.

 

We can rewire existing properties to comply with B.S. 7671 formerly the 16th edition wiring regulations, including any additional points required. All estimates are free and full certification will be supplied on completion of the work

 

We supply, fit and certify Domestic fire alarm systems in accordance with the current British Standards for domestic mains interlinked smoke alarms with internal battery back up

Some Types of work may require upgrading of earthing and or mains equipment depending on the condition of the existing installation
